Welcome to Cornerstone ReEntry Project
Cornerstone ReEntry Project provides a structured, non-residential day program for young adults ages 18–21 transitioning back into the community after juvenile justice involvement.
Our model combines accountability, emotional support, life skills development, and workforce preparation to promote stability and long-term success.
Participants attend scheduled daytime programming and return home in the evening, allowing them to remain connected to their families and communities while receiving consistent structure and guidance. Through daily routine and clear expectations, we help young adults build responsibility, confidence, and independence.
Our approach is trauma-informed, strength-based, and accountability-focused. We meet participants where they are while equipping them with practical tools to manage emotions, make healthy decisions, and move forward with purpose.
Reentry is a pivotal turning point. Without intentional support, young adults face increased risk of returning to the system. Cornerstone exists to interrupt that cycle — providing structured support that creates real pathways toward stability and long-term success.
